Account data: name, email, phone, organization name, RERA/BRN numbers. Customer/lead data you upload. Property listings, contracts, KYC documents. Usage logs, IP addresses, browser metadata.
To provide and improve the Service. To process billing via Stripe. To send transactional emails (password resets, payment receipts). For required regulatory reporting (REAR / AML).
Data is stored on UAE/EU servers with encryption at rest. We use industry-standard TLS for data in transit. Access is restricted to authorised staff.
Stripe (payments). Bayut / PropertyFinder / Dubizzle (portal listing sync, if enabled). DLD/Trakheesi API (permit verification). No data is sold to third parties.
You can export your data, request deletion, or correct inaccuracies at any time via settings or by emailing privacy@reams.ae.
Active accounts: data retained while account is active. Closed accounts: 90-day grace period, then permanent deletion (unless legally required to retain longer).
