By accessing and using Reams ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Users must maintain valid RERA registration and BRN numbers as required by the Dubai Land Department. Trakheesi permits must be held for all property listings. You are solely responsible for regulatory compliance under UAE real estate law.
Subscriptions are billed in AED via Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are issued only within 7 days of initial purchase.
You retain ownership of all data you upload (properties, clients, leads, deals). Reams stores and processes this data on your behalf to deliver the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service for AML/KYC evasion, fraudulent listings, or any activity that violates UAE law. Violation results in immediate termination.
Reams is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for lost profits, missed deals, or regulatory penalties incurred by users.
